Your satisfaction is guaranteed 100%. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Earth Gifts, you are welcome to send it back for refund or replacement. (please read Exchanges/Returns below)

We respect your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or loan any information regarding our customers to any third party. Any information you give us is held with the utmost care and security, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.

Use of Information
We will not collect any personal information about individuals except when specifically and knowingly provided by such individuals. Examples of such information are: name, postal address, e-mail address, phone number, birthday, and product commentary.

Credit card orders placed on our site are encrypted using SSL technology, so rest assured that your transactions are protected. With SSL implemented on both the client and server, information sent via the Internet can be trusted to arrive privately and unaltered to our server only. Exchanges / Returns Policy
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund, exchange, or credit within 15 days of the purchase.
Merchandise must be in original condition, with all original packaging and instructions.

To Return an Item to Us
We allow our customers 3 days to inspect their purchase. If after this time you decide you must return an item, pack your merchandise securely (don't forget to include all original packaging and instructions). Include your packing slip with a note telling us the reason for the return. We are not responsible for any returns with non-protective packaging. Please include your name, phone number and your e-mail address. For your protection, ship the package insured and via a traceable shipping method to:

Returns will be credited or refunded in the same method of payment in which they were purchased. We will credit the original purchaser's credit card. Look for your refund, issued upon receipt of returned merchandise.

Shipping Charges on Exchanges / Returns
Exchanges
If you are exchanging merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Shipment of a replacement item of equal or lesser value is free of charge; however, if you would like to upgrade your shipping method or purchase additional items, you are responsible for the cost of additional items and shipping charges.

Returns
If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for the original shipping charges.

Incorrect Orders
If we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise, we apologize. You will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the package to us, and you will not be charged for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.

Backorders or Delays
We will ship in-stock merchandise when the order is pulled and backordered items as they become available. You will only be charged for items when they are shipped, and you will only pay a portion of the total shipping and handling charge. The remainder of your order, including shipping, will be charged when your backordered merchandise is sent.

Shipping Methods
We recommend using United States Postal Service (USPS) for most items. For large orders over 60 pounds, and over-sized packages, we offer United Parcel Service (UPS). Their fees for large packages are less than the US Post Office. We can also ship Federal Express over night.
